A Dialogue between H.H. the Dalai Lama and Scientists, 2012

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

November 6, 2012 / November 7, 2012

One of the most positive aspects of science is its ability to help us overcome physical suffering. However, in order to face and overcome psychological suffering, we have to polish those fundamental human values that are within our minds, and to change our attitudes. Therefore, when we think of health and happiness, inner training of the mind and science should work together.
We need these material and these inner tools. For we need to remove suffering on both a psychological and a physical level.
